Made to measure. Made to match. Made in Melbourne.
Bespoke garage doors manufactured to your opening, your finish and your specification — with no compromise on size, colour or detail because a catalogue said so.
A custom garage door is not a standard door with an upgrade sticker on it. It is drawn, engineered and manufactured for one opening and one facade. That means the width and height are whatever the opening actually is, the cladding matches whatever the house is clad in, and the hardware is specified for the real weight of the finished door.
We manufacture the full spectrum of made-to-measure doors: custom cladded panel doors in aluminium battens, castellated and V-groove profiles; flush-mounted architectural systems that sit dead flat with the facade; acrylic doors with 6mm inserts in custom colours; composite doors; timber-look finishes; Hampton-style doors; and custom tilt doors for openings with restricted headroom.
Because everything happens in our own Campbellfield facility, a change to a panel line, a colour, an insert position or a size is a manufacturing decision rather than a supply-chain problem. That is the practical advantage of buying direct from the manufacturer.

Any size, including the difficult ones
Oversized double and triple openings, narrow single garages, restricted headroom, sloping heads and non-standard proportions. We manufacture to the measured opening rather than asking the opening to accept a stock door.
Custom colour and finish matching
A wide range of popular architectural colours, custom powder coat colours, timber-look finishes, natural timber cladding, acrylic in custom tints, and composite panels. If you can specify it, we can generally manufacture to it.
Designed with the facade, not against it
Flush-mounted systems, concealed hardware, matched batten spacing and continuous cladding lines let the door disappear into the architecture — the detail that separates a considered home from an ordinary one.
Hardware and openers specified to suit
Custom doors are heavier than standard product. We specify heavy-duty tracks, springs and openers to match the finished door weight, so a bespoke door operates as smoothly in year ten as it did on day one.

What people ask us
What makes a garage door 'custom' rather than standard?
A custom door is manufactured to your opening and your specification rather than selected from a fixed range of sizes and colours. That covers non-standard dimensions, bespoke cladding and finishes, custom colour matching, window and insert placement, and hardware chosen for the specific door weight and opening.
Can you match a custom garage door to my cladding or front door?
Yes. We regularly colour-match doors to popular architectural colours, timber and timber-look cladding, aluminium battens, rendered facades and existing joinery so the garage door reads as a deliberate part of the design.
Are custom garage doors much more expensive?
Less than most people expect. Because we manufacture in-house rather than paying an importer's margin, a custom door from us is often comparable to a mid-range imported product — and you get exactly what you specified.
Can you work from architectural drawings?
Yes. Send through plans, elevations or a specification and we will provide shop drawings, finish options and lead times. We work with architects, designers and builders across Melbourne on this basis regularly.
What sizes can you manufacture?
We manufacture well beyond standard single and double sizes, including oversized and non-rectangular openings. If the opening is unusual, send the measurements and we will confirm what is achievable.
Every custom door starts with a conversation about the opening.
Send measurements, plans or a photo of the house. We'll come back with achievable options, finishes and a price — from the team who will actually manufacture it.
