Melbourne Doors & More designs, engineers and manufactures garage doors in our own Campbellfield facility — supplying homeowners, builders, architects, developers and the trade across Victoria.
Most companies selling garage doors in Melbourne are distributors. They take an order, pass it to a manufacturer or an importer, and manage the gap in between. We removed that gap — the company you order from is the company that builds the door.
Our Campbellfield facility handles design, fabrication, cladding, assembly and quality control on residential, commercial and bespoke architectural door systems. That includes sectional panel doors, custom cladded doors, flush-mounted architectural systems, acrylic and composite doors, tilt doors and commercial door systems.
Keeping manufacturing in-house gives us three things a distributor cannot offer: control over quality at every stage, the flexibility to manufacture non-standard systems that do not exist in any catalogue, and lead times we set ourselves rather than inherit from a shipping schedule.

In-house design and engineering
Every non-standard door is drawn and engineered before it is built. We work from architectural drawings, site measurements or a rough concept, and return shop drawings for approval before manufacture starts.
Fabrication, cladding and assembly under one roof
Panels, frames, cladding, inserts, hardware and openers are handled in the same facility by the same team. Nothing is subcontracted out and quietly reassembled somewhere else.

We supply builders, developers, installers and other door companies on a supply-only basis, with clear pricing, drawings and committed lead times — no runaround and no competing with our own trade clients for the retail job.

Standard panel doors are held in stock for fast turnaround, while the same facility produces one-off architectural doors. Volume and bespoke work run side by side.

Are you an actual manufacturer or a reseller?
We are a manufacturer. Doors are designed, fabricated, clad and assembled in our own facility at 65 Link Drive, Campbellfield. We are not reselling an imported product under our own name.

What are your manufacturing lead times?
Standard panel doors are held in stock with same-week turnaround on common sizes and colours. Custom and architectural doors are typically produced within a few weeks — we confirm a firm date at order rather than giving an open-ended estimate.
Can you manufacture to an architect's specification?
Yes. We work from drawings, elevations and written specifications, and provide shop drawings back for approval before manufacture begins.
